3D Views are interactive anatomical models, designed by our
in-house team of anatomists to display key aspects of the
3D model. The views can be rotated 360 degrees, and layers
of anatomy can be added or taken away.
Use the folders to browse the list of 3D Views available, then select a title or thumbnail to display the 3D View in the main window.

The planes that slice through the 3D model and MRI can be adjusted using the slice selector and arrows found in the center of the bottom toolbar:
You can also navigate through the model or MRI independently, by clicking on the unlock button. The 3D model and MRI are sourced from different specimens,
so this is useful if you wish to adjust one side to better match the other:
Top tip
You can quickly scroll between slices by swiping with a left mouse click or with your finger on mobile devices.
Choose a cross-sectional plane from the MRI pane to align interactively labeled MRI with cross-sectional planes of the 3D model.
The 3D model can still be rotated using the left and right arrow icons. This is an excellent way to visualize where the plane transects the body.
You can quickly scroll through slices by swiping with a left mouse click or with your finger on mobile devices.

They are ideal for exporting into presentations and course materials.
Dissection slides
High resolution photographs of cadaveric dissections, with interactive labels.
Clinical slides
Photos and illustrations that support the Clinical Relevance text.

Hide structure and Hide rollover are useful for self or group testing as they hide any references to the structure names. If you also click on the structure title to hide the structure text, all textual references to the structure will be hidden.
Change the highlight color, or background color to customize the accessibility of the images. You may also find changing to a dark background improves images that include lighter structures, such as nerves.
If you find that the models rotate too fast or too slow, you can customise their speed using the Swipe Speed controls.
If you find a view, slide, movie, or animation that you would like to keep a record of, open the Favorites pane and click 'Add favorite' to save on your local machine. Highlighted structures still persist in favorites too.
To organize your favorites into folders, simply click the 'Add folder' button.
These favorites are not associated with your login but are saved locally to your machine. Therefore, if you would like to access your favorites from another computer, please use the 'Save to file' and then import them using 'Load from file'. Saving and loading favorites are not currently available on iPad.
