Each animation is also accompanied by text explaining the mechanics of the movement; access this by selecting the title bar above the animation.

Animations

Animations are image sequences showing muscle movement. You can rotate the animation to play the movement from different angles, and any structure can be selected during payback to display its name, along with descriptive text. As each muscle contracts it turns green to indicate which muscles are causing the movement.

The speed at which the animation plays can also be customised in the settings tab.
