You can turn on individual systems by clicking on their titles in the contents toolbar. For example, clicking on Brain will turn on all the structures within the brain folder. Likewise, to remove a group of structures, click the folder title again.
Remember, before you can remove all structures within a group you need to click on the title to make sure they are all added first. This is particularly useful to quickly add and take away groups of structures in the model.
Highlighting a structure, then clicking Context, will surround the structure with the most appropriate anatomy and zoom in. This ensures the structure is fully visible but framed by structures in its immediate environment. This mode is particularly useful to get a clear view of each structure in its most relevant surroundings. To exit this mode, click Context again, or carry on exploring the anatomy as usual.

Highlighting a structure, then clicking Ghost, turns the structure translucent. Once a structure has been ghosted, this button turns to Solid – click this again to return the structure back to its solid state. This is a useful way to reveal deeper layers of anatomy, whilst retaining the context of the superficial layers.
Shortcut = G

Highlighting a structure, then clicking Hide, temporarily removes it from the model. It can be quickly reinstated by clicking the button again, which is now named Show, or it can always be found in the contents or via the search.

The Single/Multi button allows you to swap between single and multiple-select modes. In single-select mode, only one structure will highlight at a time; in multiple-select mode, several structures can be highlighted at once. Multiple-select is particularly useful for quickly hiding or ghosting large numbers of structures at once.
Shortcut = M

The Clear button will remove all structures from the screen and reset the camera to the anterior position.

The orientation cube serves as an anatomical marker representing the position of the 3D model. Its movements are synchronized with those of the model, and each side displays a letter to describe the direction in which the camera is facing.
The letters represent the following:
Lateral surface
Inferior surface
Posterior surface
Medial surface
Superior surface
Anterior surface

When a structure is highlighted, its name will appear in the
Title bar. If you would like more information about where a structure lies in the systemic hierarchy, click the Title bar to reveal a cookie crumb trail of its position in the contents. To hear its pronunciation, click on the speaker icon next to the title.
